Why this tool
DPIA, IAMA and FRIA each start from a different angle — privacy, human rights and fundamental rights — but at their core they ask the same questions: what does this system do, who does it affect, what risks does it bring, and how do we control them? Run separately, you answer largely the same thing three times.
This tool gives an indicative picture of what is in play. The outcome is a starting point for the conversation, not a legal verdict: the precise obligation depends on your role, the use and the context.
